Tickets

Tickets are sold by Lucas Maloma / Melomac Sounds and delivered as QR-coded e-tickets by email. Each QR code admits one person and is valid for a single scan. Keep your ticket private — anyone with the code can use it.

Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable except where the Consumer Protection Act requires otherwise. If an event is cancelled, the full ticket price is refunded to the original payment method. If an event is postponed, tickets remain valid for the new date, or may be refunded on request within 14 days of the announcement.

Payments are processed by PayFast (Pty) Ltd. We never see or store your card details.

Privacy (POPIA)

We collect your name, email and cellphone number only to deliver your tickets, handle booking enquiries and, if you opt in, send occasional news. Your information is stored securely on our own server in South Africa, is never sold, and is shared only with PayFast to process payment. You can ask us to correct or delete your information at any time by emailing bookings@lucasmaloma.co.za. Every mailing includes a one-click unsubscribe link.
